- Kuranda Koala Gardens is only 40 minutes north west of Cairns. You can get to Kuranda via the Captain Cook Highway and Kennedy Highways. Drive yourself, hire a car or take a FREE Shuttle Bus from the Skyrail & Kuranda Railway Station every 15 minutes between 10am and 3pm daily

Why people loved this gift
Nice and compact wildlife park. Only a small park but still had a decent amount of wildlife. Layout was good. Went at opening time so most animals were out and about probably waiting to be fed. Kids were most interested in the various lizards that were roaming free throughout the park. Friendly kangaroos and wallabies in the feeding area. Great little wildlife park!
