Booking and check in experience were good and the crew on board was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the time on the platform at the Outer Reef even though the wealthy was terrible (rains, wind). Your team was amazing and did their very best to provide the experience we had come out for in spite of the weather conditions. However, the Green Island experience was well below my expectations as there was limited time and didn’t really want to get wet twice. My learning from this is that it’s better to go to the Outer Reef only and crocodiles can be seen elsewhere!

I had an absolutely fabulous experience. To start with the check in was smooth I am wondering why I didn't just book directly with them, will certainly remember this next time. The boarding was great very well guided they do have a lot of crew herding u through to a very comfortable catamaran. They start with free tea and coffee for welcoming along with ginger tablets for motion sickies. They recommended two to me. The safety procedures were through. The guidelines for safety are explained to each passenger. Five star service, very easy to talk to the crew. They explained clearly what to expect on Green Island and what to look out for. They also came around to each one explaining the potential options available at Green Island and the Great Barrier Reef. The morning and afternoon teas were very delicious. They not only provide snorkelling gear, but they also provide free Lycra suits and safety jackets. They provide very caring treatment to non-swimmers. I just cannot fault these guys. The lunch was delicious and for all meal preferences and size. They also made announcements in different languages.
One of the best tours I have done! The staff were amazing food was great. Well organised and run.
