The perfect way to spend their time, this gift voucher for a relaxed class will expand their culinary skills with the help of an experienced teacher and BYO status. Upon their arrival, they'll start the lesson off the right way, by tasting a delicious plate the chef prepared before their arrival. After they've sampled what they can achieve they'll get stuck into the hard part.
They'll learn to create and cook a range of share plates perfect to enjoy with friends and family. Over three-hours they'll learn the art of tapas and food presentation as they plate up their meal before indulging on it. Students will learn to cook a variety of dishes, some of those may include the spiced butterbean puree with truffle oil and chorizo gravel, chorizo and porcini croquette with saffron and verjuice mayo and for dessert a catalan citrus custard tart with vanilla dollop, spun sugar nests and flaming orange brandy. All they'll need to bring to this class is their eagerness to learn as all ingredients, utensils and recipes are supplied on site. Surprise the foodie in your life with this great cooking class.
